Virginia G. Ollerhead
I am a sole practitioner and have been practising Family Law in Ottawa for over 31 years.
I provide a full range of services in Family Law from initial consultations, Mediation, negotiated settlements and drafting of Domestic Contracts, to professional and experienced representation before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice; including Case Conferences, Motions, Settlement Conferences, Trial Management Conferences and Trials. The representation of Family Law client’s can bring many challenges. I have the skills and experience required to work cooperatively with the parties and/or counsel with a view to achieving a negotiated settlement. However, where a settlement is not reached, I will vigorously and tirelessly represent your rights and interests before the Courts of Ontario. I have lived in Ottawa most of my life. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree from Carleton University in 1984 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1986. I was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1988. I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and to represent your interests. Contact Virginia |
